Supply Run

An extreme travel show that changes lives

Watch ordinary people discover life-altering breakthroughs by taking on an unstaged, edge-of-the-world mission

Supply Run is an unscripted expedition series where three "couriers" must solve their way to a difficult, remote location with a single goal: acquire, deliver, and integrate a uniquely useful item that a family or community can’t easily get themselves — No tour guides. No staged drama. No backup team.

For people who want more than scenery, travel trivia, or manufactured drama

Most travel shows look good — drone shots, smooth narration, easy edits — but nothing’s at stake.

The scenery changes. The story doesn’t.

You watch, you forget, you move on.

Supply Run is a human breakthrough show with unbuffered, purpose-based travel as the catalyst

Supply Run drops three "couriers" into a real mission with tangible stakes — delivering something specific, needed, and difficult to transport — to people they've never met.

They must:

•Navigate unpredictable terrain and weather.
•Work across language and cultural differences.
•Solve problems on the fly with no one stepping in to fix them when shit hits the fan.

Every step is unscripted. Every obstacle is real.

No guided tours.
No behind-the-scenes safety net.
No way to hit pause.

How Supply Run creates breakthroughs that last a lifetime

When comfort disappears and there’s no guaranteed outcome — fully testing yourself, maybe for the first time — people change how they face the world.

The couriers have to figure it out in real time, and the audience sees exactly what it takes for the couriers to overcome a seemingly impossible mission — and themselves.

It’s not about “proving yourself” with extreme stunts.
It’s about doing something with a tangible effect that can’t be done by sitting at home.

This pattern-interrupt — this purposeful shock to the system — creates the vulnerability, the presence, the deep awareness to start looking at our lives through a completely different lens.

We're gearing up for our next season—filming is loosely planned for early/mid-2026—and that means we're also looking for the next guest Courier(s) to join us on a unique transformational mission. Details are still developing, but if you're even remotely interested in becoming a Courier, drop your email below and you'll be notified when applications officially open.

Why We Created Supply Run

We’re Jake and Chad Vanags — brothers and co-creators of Supply Run.

We’ve both had life knock us sideways.
Jake, three strokes at 30
Chad, stage 4 cancer at 39

Those moments stripped away the illusion that there’s always more time.

They forced us to change — but only after we were pushed to the edge.

The truth? You don’t need to wait for a crisis to transform.

You can get a breakthrough before life breaks you.

You can choose to step into something that demands more of you now — before you’re forced to by unexpected events in your life.

For us, the fastest way back to feeling alive, present, and connected has always been real, unbuffered travel:

• Racing in traditional ngalawa sailboats off the coast of Tanzania with just three months of sailing experience.
• Riding beat-up motorcycles across Mongolia, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
• Delivering supplies to a remote village in the Indian Himalayas where roads run out and altitude takes over.
The bare-bones formula?

Land in a place where no one knows you — where you're the outsider.

Navigate without a safety net.

Solve problems that matter in real time.

When you strip away the insulation of comfort, you’re left to see what you — and raw human connection with strangers — are capable of.

And in a divided, disenchanted world, that’s what people are starving for.

Supply Run is our way of bottling that experience: dropping someone into an unscripted mission where the stakes are tangible, the connections are real, and the transformation is impossible to fake.
